Different scales. Different stories

Different scales. Different stories

Museums, exhibitions, public spaces and live experiences across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Over 15 years, I have worked on projects ranging from intimate installations to major cultural destinations, each with its own audience, ambition and creative challenges. These selected projects reflect the range of challenges, contexts and creative approaches that have shaped my practice.

WHERE I CAN HELP

Institutional & Curatorial Strategy · Concept Stage · Concept Diagnostic · Research & Curatorial Framework · Creative Direction · Production Management · Bid Concepts · Concept Department

Every project starts with a conversation. The best time to shape an idea is often before the brief is written, when possibilities are still open. If you're designing a museum or cultural space, let's discuss your project, explore its potential and find the best way to work together.

My method

Six stages: research, analysis, concepts, critique, development and validation. My multi-agent AI pipeline brings the depth of a multidisciplinary team into one coherent process.

Each stage passes an independent review before reaching me. Every claim is traceable to its source, and I personally review and approve the work before it moves forward. The pipeline handles the volume; the creative judgement stays mine.
